The 6 Books I read this year that changed the trajectory of my music career.

Over the past few years I have found a new passion for Self Help books, those types of reads that provoke thought, inspire new ideas, provide new ways of approaching and solving a problem and even those that slap you in the face and drill home that you have been doing it wrong this whole time.

I wanted to share a few books with you that I read this year that really changed the trajectory of my music career. I have been in the music business for many years with plenty of peaks and low valleys, but since I have committed myself to read more, take in more and expand my sources of information I have found some steady success. This year I placed my first song on a popular TV sitcom, I have increased my client pool by 200% thus increasing my income and I also found my way to better quality clients, all because I shifted my approach to my business.

These successes may not rank up there with the best of them, but it’s a big win in my world and mostly due to strategies I have applied through reading. So let’s get to it!
